On December 7, 2007, seventy-one years to the date commemorating the bombing of Pearl Harbor by the Imperial Navy of Japan, a U.S. Senator, Barack Hussein Obama, of little acclaim attempted to drop a bomb on the wealth creation of every citizen in America.
History repeats itself especially when an administration strips U.S. Military capabilities down to pre-911 status as the current administration has done. Of course the threat is not from Japan, but China, North Korea, or Iran.
The legislation he sponsored was S. 2433 called the “Global Poverty Act of 2007. The first senator to co-sponsor the bill was Dianne Feinstein on January 23, 2008. Incredibly she beat her tax and spend sister, Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA), by five months in signing on to this misguided piece of legislation.
Perhaps in the name of Obama’s warped notion of “Social Justice,” the bill was designed to authorize the President to develop and carry out a comprehensive strategy toward the reduction of global poverty, the elimination of extreme global poverty, and the achievement of reducing by one-half the proportion of people worldwide, 2015, who live on less than $1 per day. The bill moved forward to the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations where it moved no further.
As troubling as this piece of legislation was, more disturbing was the fact the California is represented by a U.S. Senator, Dianne Feinstein who seems to share the same warped vision of the current president, Mr. Obama.
Pictured above, the recently defeated Senator Richard Lugar with Dianne Feinstein observing President Obama signing the Strategic Arms Limitation Treaty which was passed during a lame duck session during the Christmas recess of 201o, following the defection of nine RINO’s.
It is difficult to know with certainty Feinstein’s reasoning on this bill, her actions are consistent with being a follower, rarely a leader and like Obama she appears convinced that she too, has a superior vision for America. Each seems every bit the moralist.
They work for a “just society” with what appears to be moral conviction, yet neither have shown such conviction while acting as public servants.
Obama’s failings are legendary while Feistein’s ethics violations in the recent past show clearly her personal fortune and that of her husband trump those she was elected to serve. Apparently she saw no problem with steering $25 Billion dollars to one of her husbands many companies, to rehab foreclosed homes.
Had Feinstein not repeatedly hidden behind the Senate “Ethics Committee” known for taking care of their own, had Feinstein pulled this in the private sector she would likely be serving hard time in prison.
On June 6th, 2012, California voters will select Elizabeth Emken to challenge Sen. Feinstein in which the 79-year-old senator will be clearly unprepared. So sure of her own victory, Feinstein who has never received a serious challenge during her previous four terms, has elected to put her campaign on cruise control.
Finally this November, California voters have the opportunity to retire the “TOO WRONG” for “TOO LONG” out of touch with America’s values by candidate Elizabeth Emken who will turn Feinstein’s wrongs to “RIGHT.”
Elizabeth is the endorsed candidate by both The California Republican Party, and the National Tax Limitation Committee.
Elizabeth served in management, financial analysis, and corporate operations at IBM. As an efficiency and cost cutting expert, Elizabeth utilized activity-based cost analyses to identify administrative savings across IBM U.S., helping streamline operations, eliminate waste, and save the company millions of dollars. Said another way, Elizabeth Emken it a waste destroyer while Diane Feinstein is a waste generator
Elizabeth Emken U.S. Senate 2012 RIGHT for California and RIGHT for the entire country.
