Diane Feinstein has consistently voted for racial quotas, forcing teachers and professors to teach to those who may have not qualified, thus lowering standards, while significantly more qualified students have lost their opportunity as their seats have been taken.
Finally California voters will have the opportunity to remove Senator Feinstein and her archaic ideas from the United States Senate by her challenger, Elizabeth Emken. Emken has the backing of the California National Committee, Elizabeth Emken.
Mrs. Emken with her degree in economics and political science, working in finance for IBM, and then becoming Vice President for the National Organization for autism, Speak Now, brings ideas that will turn the future for many Californians around. With her understanding of the pitfalls of taxation, by lowering taxes, employment will begin to boom once again as business’ large and small begin hiring. Those currently unemployed or under employed, will the be contributing to a growing tax base, not a shrinking one resulting from the failed tax and spend policies of Feinstein and the Jr. Senator from CA, Barbara Boxer.
Bereft of a single idea on how to positively impact the ‘Great State of California it’s time the 78-year old Feinstein with her 1960’s mind-set is sent packing. She has proven she is incapable of helping CA, only accelerating it’s demise.
Feinstein “Too Long-Too Wrong” for California.

Feinstein soon decided to change the term quotas to “goals.” Essentially, the same thing that’s wrong with quotas, no matter who calls them what or for whose supposedly benefit they are put in place.
Laws and policies that discriminate in favor of one race, sex or ethnic group discriminate against other people. If the best person for a job can’t get it because of quotas, goals or balance laws, it’s not equitable to all of those involved in this government contrived situation.
The Supreme Court in CA abolished educational quota laws. Regents of the University of California v. Bakke, 438 U.S. 265 (1978) was a landmark decision of the Supreme Court of the United States that ruled unconstitutional the admission process of the Medical School at the University of California at Davis, which set aside 16 of the 100 seats for non-white students. In the same manner she has shown toward raising taxes Senator Feinstein has been among those consistently favoring racial quotas. Finally the Supreme Court told her to find a new issue as it struck down affirmative legislation UCLA
